Mobile app pioneer
Productivity increases if all employees have convenient and easy access to time registration. Our mobile app platform is the tool our customers use to connect their employees to their administration. To make it easy to register, share and request.
We launched our first time registration app in 2009. Probably one of the first apps for this purpose in the world. Our first app in 2009 was for Nokia mobiles. In 2009 Nokia was still the primary mobile. When smartphones came to the market and we developed IOS and Android apps – our customers began to adopt our mobile apps as an effective tool in everyday work life.
Outlook add-in pioneer
In 2011 we continued our work on making time registration easy and conveniently available to employees. We developed our first Outlook add-in enabling our customers to use BitaBIZ from inside Outlook.
In 2017 we published a new Office 365 Outlook add-in. With this app, our customers make a central implementation to all Outlook clients in the organization in just minutes. Never before has it been this easy to introduce a time management system to an entire organization
Automated user management pioneer
In 2014, BitaBIZ introduced automatically on-boarding and off-boarding of employees via Active Directory integration together with Onelogin.
In 2017 we introduced employee on-boarding and off-boarding managed directly from Office 365 via our Microsoft Azure Active Directory integration.
In 2018 Okta and Amazon web-services were added to our catalog of supported identity providers via our SAML 2.0 integration.
In 2019 Microsoft developed a pre-configured BitaBIZ Microsoft Azure Active Directory integration to Azure Active Directory. Making user management integration to BitaBIZ a few click process for Office365 customers.
Unified communication pioneer
Productivity increases if all employees know who is at work and who is absent. It makes a difference if vacation planning is transparent and integrated into the general planning and communication platform of the company.
In 2013 BitaBIZ was fully integrated with Microsoft Exchange / Outlook. With this integration leave and absence, status is automatically synchronized from BitaBIZ to the employees Outlook, Skype for business and Teams client. On average BitaBIZ updates the unified communication platform with +50 Out of Office days per employee per year. This gives BitaBIZ customers a much better sharing of availability status when compared to companies that manage availability status in separate systems that are not integrated.
A shared leave and absence planning calendar can also be added to Google cal, iCalendar, Jira calendar, etc.
Online service pioneer
All BitaBIZ customers have access to online support in real-time. Over the years, we have accumulated a great deal of knowledge in the field of time registration on a global scale. We use our knowledge to provide service to our customers. That is why we say that BitaBIZ provides a time registration and personnel management solution where access to expert support is included in the solution provided to the customer.
In 2018 we introduced our RESTapi. Our API gives our customers full control of their BitaBIZ data. Via our API BitaBIZ data can be integrated into any system.
In 2019 we launched a pre-configured out-of-the-box integration to PowerBI and Excel.
In 2020 we started to publish a library of pre-configured Excel rapports. The reports are automatically updated and KPIs are calculated.
In 2021 BitaBIZ was given the title of Gazelle for the first time.
High growth company
In 2021, the Danish magazine Børsen named BitaBIZ a Gazelle company.
