Insight into the individual employee’s capacity. The employee registers his daily working hours (for example on job codes / project codes).

Registered working hours are calculated vs. the employee’s official standard hours (capacity).

The report shows if an employee exceeds his agreed standard hours and/or is working overtime for a selected period.

The overview also includes time spent on absence (holidays, time off, sick days).

Insight into the effective working hours per employee. In the report, the effective working hours are calculated by the standard hours. Registered overtime is deducted from paid absence.
